We at Z-Jumla Store an affiliate of Zaeim Al Tamayuz Trading Establishment are committed to providing the highest quality standards for our wholesale customers and all operations are subject to the following legal regulations

Exchange and Return Rights

• Customers have the right to request a product return within 7 days of receipt or an exchange within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law

• The product must be in its absolute original condition and in the original factory packaging with all boxes unopened and products unused including all accessories and original tags to ensure acceptance of your request

• In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in the type of products delivered the store is committed to replacing them immediately or refunding the full amount including shipping costs without any additional fees to the customer

Shipping and Order Cancellation

• The customer bears the full shipping costs in cases of return and exchange resulting from the customer's personal preference (change of mind) without any defect in the product

• Order Cancellation (2026 Update): Z-Jumla Store is committed to delivering orders within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of the order and in the event that the store exceeds this period the consumer has the right to cancel the order and recover the full amount paid immediately

Refund Mechanism

• Refunds are issued to customers via the same original payment method within a period not exceeding 14 working days from the date of inspection and acceptance of the return
